light and crisp, fried!

This fryer has many strengths, it relatively quickly heated to empty, has a fairly high capacity (about 1.4 kgs fresh!). The filter is quite effective, but use preferably under a hood, because the filter is not perfect yet invented and water vapor must escape are required! Its rectangular shape is rather convenient, its fairly light weight and the 2 notches on the practical side, to carry it. The cover gasket is relatively efficient for the first few uses, but pay attention to the small hollow at the back, it is filled with water (to empty before the move).
Just point the least: the missing link of the handle mechanism of flexibility and temperature rise of the oil as soon as it plunges new fries, a bit long.
Despite this, a fryer that I recommend!

After 3 months of use, the lifting mechanism has eased with the manipulation and the presence of oil.
