in and of itself a very successful game, it has a super dense and dark atmosphere and the MERCILESS "nightmare" says it all! The story you have to yourself "earn" here comes just everything together, any statement of any NPC (which you have to find SELF), information / notes around or simply too many a foe. All this contributes to the big picture and you can then interpret itself. So there is no story sequences where the story vorkaut what was new territory for me (have not played any other game From Software) but that I also liked!
Clear the Artdesign how the opponent, the environment looks like that is fantastic and fully meets my taste! The graphics in general is also very good, very good texture quality, lighting effects, SMOKE -> I would graphically equate with INFAMOUS SECOND SON.
Gameplay I find also very fluid, combat system is well out of hand and works very well, now and then it jerky but slightly.

But now the difficulty (it's WHEN FROM SOFTWARE KNOWN!), I'm not a wimp and like challenges, have nothing against demanding games and me also makes frequent Bildschirmtot nothing .... but I find Bloodborne after 20 hrs . Time, 5 areas and 5 boss battles, it is easy to strenuous. It was as easy to thickly ... the normal enemies and also the slightly larger but are demanding a fun and feasible challenge because you die only if you want to move forward too greedy! But the boss fights are just too crass, even if I have the character leveled up already tidy (think 50+ Level I) are too heavy and I feel the level up and not really know what death will come faster than I can say death .. . I've bitten me long, but now I give up ...
So for the average consumer, couch gamers, casual gamers, the game is certainly nothing!

So for old From Software veterans (demon- and Dark Souls) that is certainly what it makes clear fun, thereby also comes as a threatening atmosphere, but I lack the necessary permanent nerve and the time me thence slog!
Perhaps the developers were there as a "baby mode" to install with, like Wolfenstein New Order ... in fact, it is also a shame that the game is a little hardcore gamers community just so.

EDIT: After some time, break from Bloodboren, I had recently again really feel like it get (when I heard it was quite inspired by HP Lovecraft fan of it since my youth) and lo and behold, eventually is actually even the last boss liked and I saw still the "guy"! And I'm going to have yet again been so happy the game a chance, because it was of minutes to minutes, just keeps getting better!

As I have read in the reviews and a lot of negative, that yes Bloodborne has no story, here's a rough story interpretation from me:

Yharnam is known for "BLOOD CURE" to practice. That's why it takes your playable main character in the city because it seeks special treatment. But Yharnam is no longer what it once was, because the whole city or its guarantors have become beasts.
The reason is that the citizens of Yharnam somehow with "Great Old Ones" had contact or heard about their existence
(Here meets the Game on Lovecraft's "Cthulhu Mythos", "Ancient One" are Godlike creatures from distant galaxies)
Deep beneath Yharnam are namely "Goblet mazes" which were created by the "big old" and in this citizens Yharnams encountered (that we learn for example, among other things in this university building in the sweet spider boss, or even of "Alfred" an ecclesiastical Hunter NPC).
Then Yharnam has tried to bring the human race to a new level by trying to create a hybrid (great old / person) that is but gone wrong and the people have turned into beasts, which now live in Yharnam. Because, among other things in the "clinic" or experiencing so you can see at the end that there were experiments carried out on the inhabitants ...

Man himself was in this hospital to a "Hunter" made to the beasts to kill and clean up the city.

After hunting (dead all bosses / city adjusted) one gets from "Gerhman" (supporters of hunters) offered that he a can now redeem and you can be as simple "wake up" again in the real world, or you have it even defeat .... This is done the last secret boss, a "great age" the "presence of the Moon" floats from the direction of the moon to the bursts, and packs a does anything (looks like she would a look into the belly .. .)
and here it is important that you have consumed 3/3 of a cord of a "big old" before the last boss fight in the game you can get / find 4 parts thereof.
Because if you then defeated the "presence of the Moon", the ending sequence will appear in the "doll" (where you could level up), a squid-like embryo high accepts and says "good hunting" + Playstation Trophy "early Childhood "pops up.
That means you were consumed after the parts of the umbilical cord and has defeated the "presence of the Moon," to be on this octopus creature and has thus made it virtually next generation "man" ...

So I understood the story and me (unfortunately so far only English-speaking forums) read in something now ... who has a different interpretation / opinion / improvement, which may also like to write in the comments.
