The imaging performance I feel at 100% view and without laboratory testing as well and compared to 50 equivalent, which is why I recommend this lens with a clear conscience. Single point deduction is available for the partially uncertain AF - but I had seen similar with the 50 ;-).
So summarized: for 170 Euro you get a really good Always plan that is not only Lowlight but also portrait-suited!
