So I started looking for alternatives and came across this Navigation mount. That appealed to me the peculiar design right away like some people classify under misguided taste, but it is so.
In short, I ordered the holder and was delivered very quickly. I was surprised then turn the weight. The holder is built tough and no lightweight what the stability is of course beneficial. The flexible material of the "sole" gives an individual design and so you can adjust the holder to the contour of the instrument panel. Wherever you want to place the holder, the shape can be adjusted very easily. Once adjusted, the material retains stable this form.
The very smooth and sticky-looking "sole" makes for a surprisingly secure grip and secures the Navi in the truest sense of the word, to prevent slipping. Really safe, even under heavy braking. Of course, the stop should have the (centrifugal) forces a screeching halt nothing to oppose. But when that comes with careful driving style ever before?
However, after the removal of the holder is a residue of this substance adheres to the instrument panel. However, this is not a problem and is similar with a microfiber cloth very easy to remove.
Another advantage of this holder is that you lift him at the destination and can store visible in the vehicle with the Navi. No Navigation Holder visible, not interested in a slump, no Navi theft. This is of course no guarantee against a slump in their vehicle, but is a risk factor less.
No screws, no shaky holder in the vents or elsewhere, no sucker suddenly falls from the disc. Just a Navi-holder, which you can use your navigation system to quickly and easily place there where it does not interfere with and is still clearly displayed.
I had to test immediately after delivery opportunity the Navi-holder on a trip to Lake Constance and back and had absolutely nothing to complain! In my eyes, this Navi-holder has only advantages. The slight vibration without damping passes the holder to the Navi, many users may displease, but in no way interfere with and also damage the appliance.
I can advise only buying and would buy this great holder himself immediately.
