Loose connection in a plug and no quality improvement

First of all I would like to describe what I have associated with it. It was an Epson projector with a Playstation or a (non-functioning) HDMI Switch.
The HDMI cable I had to buy me when I tried to install this HDMI switch. The cable has a good quality at first glance. It is about a centimeter thick, which means that you can not lay at a 90 degree angle and it should. The main problem was with me, however, that a male obviously did not work properly, which meant that I had no image, once the cable or the connected device is moved even a millimeter. That does not match the quality of a cable, for that you have to pay 42.70 euros (36.75 euros cable + 5.95 shipping).

The seller # Converter gates # alias Deluxcable answer was that I can send the cable back at my expense. At least I was able to switch that did not work also return, in one package. The shipping costs of the switch, the cable and the return amounted to 18.89 euros. That's just too much no matter that this new EU guidelines allow for two products that do not work.

One more thing: the picture is better in my opinion in this 10 meter HDMI cable with AWG24 standard NOT. In my experience that is quite simply a waste of money.

PS: Converter Store sent for my return a mail that the product has worked properly in their experimental setup and that you can not imitate the same structure as in my case. Funny that there was the same mistake with me to the HDMI ports of the PlayStation and the Horizon HD recorder.
