I have the Nexus 9 (LTE version) now since Christmas. The quality problems (Clouding, gaps, yielding back), which are described here in many reviews, I have at my Tablet or only in a weak expression. However, I noticed especially when testing the NFC feature two weaknesses. With some tags and devices is simply no connection has been established, for example, to Bluetooth of headphones and speakers from Sony. The devices are switched on when the tablet is close enough, but the tablet does not read the tags. This is probably due to the position and size of the NFC antenna in the Nexus 9. Most tags are working properly, as well as travel passes. The second mistake is by design. In order for the Magic Cover keeps, 9 eight magnets are installed in the back of the Nexus, four of them near the NFC antenna. Unfortunately, no one has thought that Android Beam thus stops working, at least not if the other device has a Smart Cover function. When you hold the device back to back in order to build the NFC connection, the other device is always switched off due to the magnets. NFC-enabled cards with magnetic strips should be used so that of course not. Every now and then the Nexus 9 standby loses the cellular connection, after "waking up" but it is almost right back (I turn the mobile data connection off whenever I do not need them). That will certainly be corrected with the next update. That said, I'm very happy with the Nexus 9. It is play more than fast enough and can also 1080p60 videos from my Action Cam liquid
