it surprised me that I have not read this book before - information that should know everyone! for our species, it is important to eat lots of fruits and hardly any fat, but the top quality (avocado, nuts, seeds) and no cold-pressed oils .. neither juices or dehydrated, but all natural and wholesome. particularly sweet fruits belong to the human diet, as they are simple sugars full, can we digest and utilize perfectly and easily. highly recommended for raw food, feed on dried crackers and other "transitional eat" which, spices only so of salt and fat dripping. We are fruit eaters and of course need sun, fresh air, exercise and plenty of sleep! dr graham gives us as recipes, a full weekly schedule for the various seasons for easy implementation and use to understand how 811. otherwise written very scientific, yet easy to understand. at the end of the book we find a lot of factual reports from different people who live their lives with low-fat vegan raw food transformed, diseases have defeated etc .. Thanks to dr. Graham for his work.
