The heating pad is high well made and has a practical setting for heat intensity by four colored LEDs. Unfortunately, the attainable temperature, even on the highest heat setting, much too low. The positioning on the shoulder is unfavorable. It will move up as soon as one leans and is therefore, not on the shoulders, even on the neck, in the correct position. For these reasons, I have the Wärmekissen returned.
