I had 2 extra kilos and I have taken 2 this summer, despite privations and skipped meals, I could not lose. I tested the method of Dr. Delabos since January and I lost 3 kilos without depriving myself without skipping meals and restoring chocolate (4 or 5 big squares) and snack. My height was refined, melted my thighs and I find that I like a silhouette. I wear pants again that I loved but on which I had made the cross. Of course, this is only happiness and morale suffers! A counselor because it really work, no food is banned, you just have to eat at the right time of day. There are also 2 joker meal in the week we can eat what we like, so great for the restaurant Saturday or Sunday family! It is magic !!
