Mandatory purchase for fans of the first part

At the basic principle does not change much. Man plays the dark overlord who controls 4 different types of minions (brown, red, green, blue) with different skills. With this squad so you pull through the country to wreak havoc and destruction among the new enemies. Instead of choosing between good and evil, you now chooses between domination and destruction.

Over time, you conquered 2 cities that offer a steady supply of money and energy and equipment for the minions. As new environments Overlord 2 has, among others, an Arctic region, an idyllic Dschungeinsel and a Roman town. The respective areas are beautifully designed and very varied.
Although the thugs are still the same, but some of them still get mounts with special skills, such as wolves, can jump the chasms of brown minions. These mounts allow for new puzzles, of which there are of course again some in Overlord 2 is. As usual, the puzzles are varied and to resolve the latest with little thought or 1-2 tests. The new home of the Overlords is much bigger and more beautiful designed than that of the 1st section and offers more features.
Even the humor of Overlord 2 is once more grandiose and at least as good as in part. 1
