This adapter lets you connect an "old" MagSafe connector to the new connector magsafe2 equipping Mac since mid-2012.
I use this adapter with:
- A cinedisplay screen,
- A pre-2012 charger with a MagSafe connector.
This adapter is highly reliable, magnetic and I've never lost despite its small size.
