Manufacture or counterfeit default

As soon as the temperature drops to zero, the batteries discharge abnormally, I use them for my bike computer, usually, they take 1 ½ to 13000 km per year, but the first one was discharged week cycling on the balcony without using it, no luck ?? I deliver another stack, cycling in the apartment, no problem, an output of 100 km twelve degrees, no worries, the next day, going to work, the temperature was 1 degree, the stack is emptied in 2 km, so I took a Seiko battery, and even with this morning -2, no glitches. these batteries are defective or counterfeit, I can not see a brand like Duracell make batteries that can be used only apartment.
