Since I'm a big fan of Dr. Dre and West Coast rap, I fetched "The Wash" with great expectations. However, I realized quickly that this is probably not the hoped-Banger, for which I held him. The album begins with the bombastic "On The Blvd." Dre and Snoop from, but already with the next track, "Benefit Of Doubt" by Truth Hurts, which is not bad, but a bit boring, the barometer falls again quite deep. "Blow My Buzz" of D12 is like all of them quite below average. With "Take 2" of Bilal's are then again one of the numerous R & B-pieces, which is, however, become quite good and somewhat reminiscent of the '80s Motown Porn Mucke. Unbelievable powerfull track is then "Bad Intentions" of Dre and Knoc-Turn'al where everything is just right and of its Kalliber I would have much liked more songs. If Xzibit's "Get Fucked Up With Me" It's just around smoking weed. Otherwise it is hard to listen to him, because X to the Z speaks more than raps. Yero's "Migh High" is then a soul track, which has become really good. By Busta Rhymes I would have promised anything more than "Holla", which, although a cool, Indian-inspired beat has, but bus A bus raps unfortunately very modest. Just like Bubba Sparxxx. However, one must say that the Country-Style Beat has become quite well. "Good Lovin '" is again an R & B song, which has become quite lame. With the pretty good "Riding High" by Daks and RC (who the f ** k is this?) The level of tracks then rises again and place in Soopafly's "Gotta Get This Money" a new peak. Not only Thanked raps here better than me, but also the Hook has become really fat. The next track, "Do not Talk" (OX), "No" (Joe Beast) and "Everytime" (Toi), have unfortunately really to forget and are likely to have the unknown artist introduced nothing but a couple of Dre's dollars. Correct Highlights the end are then again horny "Str8 West Coast" Knoc-Turn'al and even firmer "The Wash" from Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, which proves once again that the two belong together. Album Across a very diversified and very R & B-heavy soundtrack, which therefore does not have to be found in every rap CD shelf with a lot of average songs with me and reached 3.5 stars.
