Now the product itself. The pre-installation of ASUS is so cluttered that even need this notebook to start more than 2 minutes. I recommend therefore essential to reinstall. Then you can but with the notebook do whatever you want, it knows virtually almost no performance limits, as long as you have installed an SSD. A normal disk brakes, this system but markedly from!
The Windows 7 reinstallation went really really fast. The Windows 7 Experience Index is a total of 4.6, the weakest component is the graphics for Aero, so the power-saving IntelHD graphics card. The processor achieves good 7.1, the memory 7.5, graphics for games, so the Nvidia graphics card 6.4, and SATA III SSD my (It is SATA III supports, thanks to the Intel HM65 chipset!) Reached 7.7. All in all, for a notebook with just 13 "a really good performance.
The workmanship is all in all very very good, but is the base of plastic, which I did not particularly appeal to you, as the rest of the surface of aluminum is nice. Note also that the battery does not adapt to the form factor of the notebook. The battery looks a little further out down there where the thickness then is about 25mm. 10h battery life is a bit exaggerated, but are 8 1/2 hours - 9 am quite in it.
The display is clearly the weakest component of this notebook, which does not mean that it is super bad. It corresponds to a standard notebook display. No more and no less.
All in all, I would recommend this notebook to anyone who wants to have a lot of power and still a small notebook. It looks stylish addition also still pending. 1 star deduction there from me, for the poor pre-installation, the plastic on the bottom case and the display.
I hope I could help you. See you!
