This Huawei router I use mainly abroad but also at home with different providers. Both the LAN and the WLAN everything is going splendidly. You should just be careful in the APN settings set the correct access point of its provider or to "Auto". The router runs for days through, without being overly warm or the unit freezes. Internally, the router also provides more than 100 Mbit, externally I could not test for lack of providers (max 100 Mbit). The wireless range is good. I rarely have a wide disparity in the strength of the received signal whether indoors or outdoors measured. The menu interface is German (adjustable) and well understood. Unfortunately, the manual is a bit poor, especially for more advanced settings: Here the Chinese manufacturer was a bit short. Even that deposited as DynDNS service exclusively the no longer free provider DynDNS.org, I feel as a drawback! Here I would expect a firmware update. There are, however, none. Port forwarding should indeed work in order to eg connect a surveillance camera and address from the internet, but I could not test it because my current provider does not public. Offers IP for LTE. All in all a top unit. Set up and go, surf at top speed.
Changed comment wg. the correct establishment of a commentator that DynDNS.org yet exist. However, a free, about once monthly Log regulated service I could not find even after prolonged clicking around at DynDNS.org.
Another Addendum: Making calls is possible. I use it abroad a Sipgate number. The quality is excellent.
