Marshall & Alexander ... German pop at its finest

'Friends'' .. Here stories are told, because it is about facets of life to idiosyncrasies of people and to really good music, celebrated by really good musicians (among others on a Steinway grand piano of ca.1910).
I was quite skeptical in advance, although Marc Marshall has already with his German solo album 'Take your time' proved that he can certainly write very good German plays, singing and producing. But Marshall & Alexander fans are now for 10 years a certain sound and vocal power gewöhnt'und that's it, they love at the two.

This album shows, however, the time was ripe for this route!

Since the Marshall & Alexander drawer was filled again with something out of the ordinary 'German, adults, and at the same time also flowery, playful lyrics tell stories. Stories that you follow excited because they carry so in almost every walk of life. Some with a wink, some with a lot of romance. A 'singer song writer album' produced poppy, which is to offer versatility and musicality barely, and all (at least my) has bedient'es feeling levels made me dream and cry, to dance and loudly sing, to think, to stand out and genießen'.und it makes me even after I've heard it time and again, discover new things. Music and lyrics that you really have to repeatedly soak up / Do not they get bored '. as mentioned of 'friends' that allow ever new facets in the interpretation that grow from time to time in us. Music listening not only to listen, but to touch, feel and trace. Voices, sometimes quite large, sometimes quite withdrawn its best and always touching.
