Melancholic - nice - positive - Meyle remains true

Now it's there, the 4th studio album of well grandest (for me) songwriter Germany ...
Expectations for the new album, I had not, but I knew that Gregor remains faithful to it to approach songs.
To succeed from the first to the last note the typical of the previous albums "meylesche" feeling that you mentally finds himself immediately in the sung stories. It succeeds very easy to let yourself be carried away by the lyrics to think, to enjoy being able to empathize with the situations described, and to go a step further and draw even be positive aspects of it.

Meyle is known for always positive to approach things have always been, the circumstances of the situations described are not so adverse ... and it shows and makes most of his artistic credibility from. This positive mood despite partly prevailing melancholy ... It is precisely this mixture makes the songs so believable and empathetic.

Musically Gregor and his instrumental companions again spread a great carpet of sound which harmonizes perfectly with the lyrics. However, this album seems at times melodic something edgier - but to act still fits without round.
As with any other artist applies: Live it will be even more intense than on ne number CD ...

Only downside, the album has finished already after 37 minutes and 1 of 10 songs (tonight) we know at least lyrically already. Here I would have liked a little more playing time. Nevertheless, the investment in the Special Edition Friends was (was only available on the Web site) the right decision, because it still has the good feeling in addition to the music itself, to the support what you love directly.
