Recirculation has actually done so that the heat is distributed evenly inside the oven. The heat comes from above mounted heating rods and stays there apparently also prevalent. It does not matter on what level in the cooking chamber is deposited rolls while they are already burning up, they're down quite soggy. Sure, you can turn the rolls after half the cooking time also, but that's not my opinion the intention. Other table oven do it eventually.
Unfortunately, I have found that the combination microwave / oven an unfortunate compromise seems to be general. I did some research and found that this is probably a general problem is (probably the attachment of heating elements beneath the cooking chamber in a microwave is not that easy) to various devices. I have certainly never found such a combination device, are recommended for the microwave, grill and convection function all without compromising. Too bad, apparently the technology is not ready yet.
I have to keep the unit now as microwave and'm going to still provide a pure mini-oven. From this variety, I had already achieved that and was good baking results. My on more space by combining devices I have to give up comfortable.
