Very solid, the plastic is guarantee of solidity, good grip, I went to 5 sets of 10 repetitions at 30 Kg and now I am to 3 sets of 40 repetitions 9 Kg in just one month! I worked as the right hand to compare with the left hand, the difference is obvious and my hand is thickened.
