In the kitchen there is for water vapor or fumes from the oven with the classical model an alarm. Thus, the function properly. Since we are already using the smoke detector Bavaria BARM2 (then with Warentest judgment "good"), it should again be a product of Bavaria.

With this device Bavaria BARM6 we are very satisfied.

The installation was easy. The Bavaria base are identical, so that we could solve the old smoke detectors with a handle and assemble the new smoke alarms on the old base.

The battery is a 9V.

The function was tested with a lighter.

The volume is pervasive, so be it.
