I had 3 times 20W halogen spotlights under the kitchen cabinet that illuminated the countertop. After the exchange, it is now much brighter, the light color is pleasant, similar to incandescent lighting. Halogen is, of course, beautiful, but the light scatters not like this tube. Important: The lamp possible hidden with me mount behind a screen, so you can not look directly at the light source. Alone the reflection of the bottom of the cabinet (White) enough that you really can see everything on the countertop.

Conclusion:
- 3000 Kelvin = pleasant light - the light color is designated by 830. 827 would be brownish, and 865 (similar to daylight) looks very artificial. LED colors are not yet as mature, unless you pay a lot more.
- 21 Watt: 1/3 of the previous power (3 halogen spotlights) and a total of more brightly than the spots.
- It can be seen no flickering.
