Excellent book easy to read and understand for any person who has ever run and want to get started. Full of good advice is easy to apply, I who had never run in my life, to 59 1/2 years now I run 5 times a week for 40 minutes soon. Not only will you learn to run but also to feed properly, which leads to weight loss. Notice to all those who want to lose weight, it works! seeing the results on me of my family read the book I offered. Only one thing, but positive: once you put the nose in there no longer able to put it down. I recommend it to all even and especially overweight.
