I regret to say that the coating does not really last long, now it has become a very normalle pan. The roasting results are not much better than cheap pans. So my rating has slipped from 5 to 4 nal. The all-knowing Internet gave the information, such pans are very sensitive when they are left standing on the hot plate. 1.5 minutes would be enough to damage the coating. We have deliberately not let the skillet stand, perhaps but preheating the pan has been in many dishes that come into hot fat, have been sufficient
