Ergo I RQ1250 / 16 SensoToch 3D shaver (what a name!) Earned me a good half year ago to Philips. The package includes the following parts:
-. Including razor head and three shearing blades together long hair cutter in the housing and plastic cap
- Waterproof charger
- Power Supply
- Travel bag (unfortunately only fits into the razor, not the station with cable)
- A trial pack Nivea shaving cream (no idea if this is still included ...?)
The razor itself acts as a unified whole: very solid and tidy in his hand lying. There is next to the on / off switch, a display of state of charge and cleaning needs, that's it. No unnecessary frills, just a decent product, in which what has in hand. As a result, the start-up is very simple: connect charger cable to the delicate-looking, but also very neatly designed station, hang razor and can be recharged. Done.
Because my skin was already used to the three-blade system of Philips, I had after the first use little or no redness or irritation. But for a very good result at first attempt, which would otherwise have been probably possible only with wet shaving. Whether it's at the very moving head with what is mentioned input "3D effect" (no, you do not need glasses ;-)) is - unlike previous models not only the individual blades, but the whole head are now built very flexible - or let the result may be, particularly given the short time that I need for a shave, look and feel: the allegedly also again newly developed blades. And after more than half a year has it also changed nothing.
Another positive aspect: thanks to the new head with a much smaller container for the thing just so incurred while shaving, man must empty it after a few days. Now, some might ask: "Why is it good when you have to clean up constantly but awkward ...?". All that I want a counter-question: Eat basically without washing two or three times with the same dishes, it? If so, is the frequent cleaning really need a disadvantage ...
I myself anyway have also the predecessor cleaned anyway every day, but from experience in an electrical shop during my training, I know that some fellow her razor really only empty if all else fails (ie when in the knife let go shop). With corresponding effects, namely fast becoming dull knives and other unsavory aspects. Or would want to go with a just biennial cleaned apparatus every morning through the face she ...?
In this respect, the conclusion is not hard for me: an ordinary razor that is likely to hold for a few years and thanks to the latest battery technology holds a decent reserve when it comes to business. 5 Stars.
