Eventually I Jentschura Morgenstund - base-forming - high in fiber - gluten free - cholesterol and low in sodium - no additives - easily digestible - discovered. Better first time gifted.
My first reaction? Twisted eyes. The words "basic breakfast", "porridge" and "Buckwheat" sounded in my ears simply incredibly healthy to. Now this is not really a drawback, however, "tasty" heard until then for me simply different an..ich was skeptical.
Ingredients according to the manufacturer:
Without additives and no added sugar, gluten and therefore suitable lactose-free and without animal ingredients for vegans. 90.5% of the ingredients originate from controlled biological cultivation contains my Breichen gluten-free seeds, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and almonds, apple and pineapple. 1 serving (35 g) The early bird corresponds to 1.82 BE or 128 kcal (543 kJ) and 4 points in the Weight Watchers.
But back to me: I have crobiert it naturally anyway. What can I say? I was and am thrilled! Every morning, seasonal fruits are snipped, mixed with the early bird (3-4 tablespoons), some lime juice over it and with a little boiling water slightly swelled. Nice warm can i put my Breichen then a few minutes later spoons. This tastes great, is quick and, as already mentioned, by the way quite healthy and keeps until midday easily tired. Sweetening I do not have the way because I taste the accompanying fruit is sufficient. In theory, there are endless possibilities, which can be combined with early bird. So what speaks against delicious fare that is also at the same time still healthy and wholesome? Nothing.
In the meantime, my stomach growls in the morning before I prepare me my fruit puree and "no" is now rather poor. The only downer is the price level, which is not exactly cheap. Granted, the 2kg rich rather long in the daily ration of an average of 3 tablespoons. The manufacturer specifies 56 servings. Nevertheless, I naturally looked for cheaper alternatives and these also tried. The Result? I do not like the taste. I recommend the "early bird" everytime.
