I constantly had flu infections in the last 2 years (through to pneumonia and greatly ulcerated angina) I was looking for a solution to the problem. I have 3 small grandchildren who are constantly sick too - 2 and 3 years - I have certainly often infected me with them. For about 4 weeks, I take this product with great success. In the first few days while taking I had a feeling I would have captured 2 to 3 times something, but with 2 days later everything was ok. Of course I can not move mountains, but I can cope well my daily life. My goal is Orthomol immune total for 3 months and then take to be seen. So far, I would recommend this supplement.
