My own little cafe :)

After unpacking, I was really pleasantly surprised ... "Wow, great design!" I thought to myself. I could not wait to rebuild and to drink the first cup of coffee. Said and done, all the items were installed quickly and my Senseo first had to give up their regular place to give the Dolce Gusto place. So the Senseo disappeared into the guest rooms ...

I followed the instructions regarding "prior to commissioning", rinsed them through, etc. No problem, everything explained clearly. The package was also a huge selection of coffee varieties, so I was really spoiled for choice ... or end up choosing the agony? :) I decided to make me a latte macchiato. He's not so hard to choose first milk capsule in the machine, strength, ready. Then even the coffee / espresso capsule as pure, reelect strength / amount ready. And Voila, finished Macchiato was my first bar. Madness. Looks of good !! And even after the first try, my enthusiasm is hardly limited, super delicious, like the café ... and at my house. Each time !! The coming weeks I tested myself by other varieties: Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato Vanilla, Chococino, Chai Tea Latte, ... I do not know where to stop. All varieties have been thrilled me, except the Grande Caffe Crema could not convince all me, since I'm really more like a milk-coffee-type and my regular coffee is just too bitter. Even me of added milk and caramel syrup, the Grande Caffe Crema not like me, so I will not buy these in the future. But there are still plenty of other varieties :)

My husband who is not a coffee fan, I was able to convince with Chococino and the Chai Tea Latte from the Dolce Gusto and argue that we will ultimately keep. My Senseo I found so far even great, but the frothing milk, etc. was always yes bissl time consuming (only in the microwave to warm up, then lather up with the creamer, then the coffee, ...) have the luxury I have really only ^^ rarely indulged Now this is over with the Dolce Gusto, in no time, I have a latte macchiato as from the cafe and now invite my girls a to me. Is anyway cheaper than ever to go to the cafe: D

Downside to the whole thing is of course the remaining waste. Even the Ökotest and Stiftung Warentest complain to the capsule machines the plastic garbage that you fabricated at the end. As I tried to live even more environmentally aware, I's criticisms that point but also brings me unfortunately not to give away my machine again ...

I would love to know whether in the capsules hazardous substances are included which go on brewing in the coffee and whether any flavors buried. So I'm going to put myself nor the next few weeks time apart. Until then, I continue to enjoy my little site café at home ... :)
