This small router stack what I needed.
Through its IP QOS system, it allowed me to create a second network with an internet speed reduced, adjusted according to your desire (in kbps). Very handy when you have roommate who downloads. At least the flow is fairly distributed.
I do not regret my purchase especially relative level / quality / price and features it brings.
