Never received and disappointing quality

After three weeks of waiting and several complaints, the seller communicated to me that they had a "rupture of stock." But at the time of ordering the product was well marked "in stock" and "delivery in a few days."

I ordered the same gray towels. They arrived with four weeks late and disappointing quality: if you hold them against a window, the light passes right through. They are almost like my threadbare towels that I have for over 20 years and wanted to replace it.

ATTENTION: the return of the product and almost impossible for this costs about 40 Euro Poste costs (shipping to England). Customer service was very disappointing too. A salesman definitely avoid.
