the story I really like. to stand as a double-agent on both sides makes a lot of fun.
is underlined by all the exciting
atmosphere and voice actor who is samuel movies starring Nicolas Cage or
l. jackson knows. Here game publishers botch often good games, as this
contributes to a good atmosphere. in Splinter Cell Double Agend but
a direct hit.
The graphics are "okay" but does not always 100% liquid, which on a
nextgen console in my opinion should not be. the animations are
partially supercool, eg if Sam is lurking on a plug, then the enemy
snaps, claps on the wall and knocks out - really great! ;-)
The camera work, I find some very bad and confusing. here
would be more freedom, or simply "view more" generally desirable tissue
sen.
Objectives are often not clearly explained or fittingly - at least not the secondary.
so for me it does not make sense, for example,
to practice at a shooting range, if no one says and I eh in time pressure
am. but well ...
a tutorial level, as one row cell to be non-life players of Splinter
would have wished, practically does not exist. Although there are two
training missions, this one, however, bring any key function in but
require knowledge about it.
the whole is made more difficult by a sometimes confusing control. so runs
Sam Fisher example sometimes and sometimes just not. So it is with the
sneak - sometimes just does not get any and you
thinks that the controller is broken. probably that was in particular
areas just off to save yourself extra AI programming. makes it clear
no sense sneak past his own people or to run, but
if one is in a hurry because of a timing and can then just cozy
run, annoying or confused already.
the 3D map function is very used to and confusing -
but after some time you learn to deal with it.
load times nervous. so it comes part three times in succession
loading sequences. bothers - especially when loading the console in
hangs ... !!!
Conclusion: strengthen a perfectly good games with and weaknesses, from which one but
more could have done.
too weak for NEXTGEN definitely. here I expected more. one
notes (or feels) that it is a multi-console implementation
is that was graphically only inflated.
