Nightmarish difficulty destroyed the game

First of all, I wanted to love this game!
When I first heard of it earlier this year, inspired me the idea immediately. ' Driving Ferraris from all eras, the whole thing out of my hand the Shift makers ... that must be class. Unfortunately not.

Many aspects of Ferrari Racing Legends are good or even great. The sound is really brutal and acts (at least to me non-Ferrari Bestitzer) authentic. The Ferraris look really very good 'is not quite as polished as in GT5, but very good. Driving feel and control make me personally fun. Although I admit that I have played with the car of the Golden Äre (eg the 125 F1 and the 250 Testarossa) and the whole thing at normal driving model. The cars are often slip on but easy to control, and you're working with both controller and steering wheel with quite the 'but just the fun.

Unfortunately, this good is completely ruined by the campaign. More specifically, by the degree of difficulty, the slightly ridiculous by overwhelming to I-think-I-shall-a-horse hard varies', all in Normal difficulty, and even in light!

The campaign in itself is not half done badly. Man goes into an era of Ferrari history, there is the Golden, the Silver and modernity, and works its way there through a series of missions with various tasks (events). A mission describes as the events of the season and the events are individual scenarios of this season, which you can then play themselves. But at certain points of the campaign, the difficulty is suddenly so much higher that you do not consider it possible. And since I do not get stuck at this event, I can the rest of the Golden Era Forgot including all cars, which need to be unlocked here.

I could I this masochistic games though try the Silver and modern era, but I guess the difficulty will not be fair there, I have currently little desire it.

What the game so remains are quick races or perhaps online race with the cars and tracks that I've unlocked. This makes Although as described above quite fun, but in fact I can so only use the full scope of game a small part; that's bitter.

My rating as naturally only be a star (difficulty with human I would probably give three or even four).

The only hope for the game is in my opinion a patch that corrects the difficulty, or a patch that you simply all the cars and tracks get released that you can at least use everything in individual races.

Last week I me again rangesetzt and "a change" overcome after many failed attempts and frustration KI moments my nemesis. After that, the rest of the Golden Campaign was a breeze and my next "mission" is to unlock the Nordschleife in the modern campaign, so I can then go in fast races with the great old boxes is.

The fact that the driving experience, the engine sound and the beautiful historic cars and tracks ultimately are so motivating that we (at least I) nevertheless set back to Game despite extreme frustration experiences, brings me to my rating by one to two points . raise But more is not, because in the end remains the initial criticism made.
