1. Dual-SIM (data on both possible)
2. Cost point of less than 100 EUR
3. News Android
4. compact format
5. Battery life more than a day
1st and 2nd are clearly (always data & 3G only one, but can be switched via software without rebooting) met. This of course can not come out racing machine, is clear. Accordingly, quite now and hangers noticeable, but nothing that seriously interferes with, as long as you surf short to mail, calendar, app DB, times en route, news apps and the like less demanding limited. The memory, however, is definitely tight. After installation of a handful of apps was just under 1 GB free, but can be upgraded via microSD card. The camera is also only limited use.
3. is only partly fulfilled. The device is shipped with 4.4.2 (and is therefore more current than many other cell phone which is new to the market), but unfortunately turns out to be as expected, the system update immediately offered only as an updated regarding the Acer Apps version of 4.4.2. I also doubt that there will ever be a true system update. But this is among other things due to the design of Android. Because it not quite work out for CyanogenMod with the dual SIM support, it will probably not be as fast from there Remedy.
4 is given for my feeling. One can sit or move with the phone in your pocket without problems.
5. is given depending on usage. Thanks to automatic deactivation of the WLAN by Llama and without GPS the battery lasts almost two days at normal use (from & to a mail / SMS read / write half to one hour calls per day, a little rummage in the news). Battery is replaceable.
What bothers me personally, because I'm not a fan of all Google and Acer Apps: can uninstall one we all know, these apps rare, but the Google Apps can disable at least. Everything was installed by Acer, you can not even turn it off. And even system apps irrelevant as the bet Rapp.

Addendum dated 01.14.2015 to 5. After a few weeks (from the first review 12.2.2014):
a) I have noticed in the meantime that some wireless networks and the phone do not want to really tolerate (am still exploring where it depends exactly). In any case, such a wireless connection ensures that the battery is charged significantly more and in my case holds "only two days", whereas in other WLANs (approximately equal residence time therein and the same usage behavior) does the battery last a day longer.
b) The battery indicator "remains" happy times, despite use (and expected energy consumption) for hours at a constant value. Irritated first bit, but not really disturbing.

Addendum of 03/28/2015 (first review from 02/12/2014):
Here is also the Acer Liquid Z200 from often mentioned the internet bow of AccuWheather Lockscreen Widgets (Digital & weather) affected: Time (big in the middle) remains to stand for hours, whereas the system display the time course right (small top right). Annoying! Uninstall is not possible, but probably for a system update (still 4.4.2 - unfortunately) can disable the entire app. Originally, this was not possible.
