I wanted to try my luck thinking miss the deffectueuse series (smell and taste of burnt plastic ...). Missed! The first coffee maker was déffectueuse. A phone call to Amazon customer service and problem was solved. Immediate resumption of the unit and replace it with one that works perfectly. In short, a little disappointed with the Philips seriousness that seems to leave the market for DEFECTIVE devices. Packed by the after sales service which Amazon was quick, pleasant and efficient.
