The razor fits comfortably in your hand and is easy to grip. He does not slide around, the vibration function can not alter this. The razor is a little thicker than ordinary models.
The extent to which the vibration function actually benefit, I can be hard to assess. But it is definitely not a hindrance and disturbing.
The new razor distinguished by an attached "comb", which is to put whiskers before shaving in the right direction. Again, I can not really describe appreciable difference. But again, nothing is noted negative. (Note: I shave quite often and always just a few mm, so this feature is for me perhaps less relevant than for users who shave a long beard!)
The advertised Luba-Strip, indicating the durability of the blade is not an innovation, but standard in the Gillette products.
The Flexball which actually new on the razor, is very stable. He ensures the necessary flexibility and adjusts the blade well to the contours of the face. Straight but when it comes to the chin, I have to necessarily shave against the grain. As touted by the manufacturer, you should with the Flexball indeed simply shave "in one go down." Effective is that, at least in my beard not effective.
Bottom line, I can say that the Flexball definitely is an innovation and does what is promised. (Compared with other "innovations" in the razor market ...)
Who wants to set a new razor, can confidently pay the extra cost for the razor, it is worth. But who currently has no need to be able to shave just as well with his old razor.
