The book does not deliver what it promises, or at least what is being touted in other reviews. I can not imagine that a series of general statements (for example, enter your actions make sense) to a new standard work in psychology is me. Rather, it is a life counselor and will touch especially those readers who feel unhappy. Although I'm not sure whether the reading of this book can be a guide to switch his life.
On top of that I found the book very long-winded and not exciting to read. Because I can imagine quite possible that a small target group can benefit from this "guide" I forgive 3 stars!
