No second knife!

My kitchen tool purchases shot up since I became addicted to Top Chef and Junior Master chef Usa. We learn and we realize how little we know. Already since Julia Child, I wanted a paring knife until I saw this knife set. Unbeatable price and still 3 copies; for meat, fish and vegetables. All in a wooden box. 2 blister knife blades, which prevents what is cutting remain adhered to the blade, and a blade mass. SBS marking stainless steel rostfrei, ground bevel, apparently over 20 °, plastic handle, imitation wood decor with impressions for fingers for a better grip, a wider, almost oval base, the joint between the blade and the handle, plastic or black bakelite. What justifies the price, it is the absence of guard, and miter, a bulge between the metal blade and handle that protects the fingers and the absence of rivets which presupposes a false silk. A full tang, forming a whole with the handle, the blade and the guard, give more balance and strength to the tool.
These are details that multiply the price of a single knife between 7 and 10 times that count for professionals and experienced amateurs.
