It was impossible to connect the headset with a recent TV (connected by freebox) and the Amazon with service has been of no help, can not even put me in touch with the service after -Sales Sennheiser. The only thing proposed is a refund. When the Customer Service that Sennheiser has an official site, it is reserved for those who bought directly on the Sennheiser website or resellers. I'm not particularly asshole (I think) and I imagine not being alone in this concern. It is unfortunate that Amazon does not ask its suppliers a minimum of Commitment on customer service and after sales.
