I have the filter to the Nikkor AF-S Zoom 16-35mm 1: equal bought 4G ED VR so. A Vorrezensent wrote here though, you had better take the Slim filter for wide angle; in this reviewers complained but again the fact that the lens cap and no longer holds the supplied B + W cover does not really satisfied. So I tried it with the "standard version", in the knowledge that you can change if necessary uncomplicated Amazon.
First test shots revealed, however, that no shading occurs at the edges. Extensive testing will follow, this will remain between two working days any time. Then should show less positive results, contrary to expectations, I'll resent it.
So far, I can wholeheartedly recommend this filter in any case for the 16 mm wide-angle.
