There is no simultaneous charging and discharging possible ... why? I do not know, the attentive reading all reviews to get it, because it is mentioned there. I noticed it when I switched the Power Bank between the panel and the smartphone, it has no longer charged the phone. So I think that's not just IQ, because this application is but often, perhaps not with Solarstom but with a net charge ....
