No virtual surround sound, subwoofer very poorly tuned!

Have connected to my 8590 via Bluetooth Soundbar.
I once heard the comparable Bose 1SR Soundbar with MM and was thrilled with the virtual surround sound with only the soundbar from Bose. You could hear in the background that as an example from the side or from behind a car pulls up. Was really surprised that it really works so well with the sound bar! Now to my sound impression of the Samsung Soundbar! Tested with Blue Ray player and various films Amazon Prime 5.1. Result: no room sound, the sound does not detached from the sound bar, not even I had to some extent the impression of spatial sound. It may be that this might at higher volumes is noticeable, at low or middle volume levels, anyway. Then the subwoofer. This buzzing or vibrating even at medium volume. Anytime is locatable so tuned too high. Because even comes out fundamental or even voices can even be clearly perceive! This high vote (+6 max.) Has a negative effect, voices sound unpleasant, because always accompanied by a much too loud tone of the subwoofer, despite reduction to minus 6, so if you over to normal at 0, way too strong Whoever has rated sound system as well for me no idea or mine must be broken! Subwoofer vote still much too loud, it was adjusted to minus 6! Less is not possible! I do not want to return because unpacked! Who wants to buy it from me for 500 euros I give it away .... For me, the worst acquisition for that kind of money in 2014 and from Samsung!
