Not as good as promised

I had bought the Clip & Close, since according to Emsa the boxes for microwave, freezer and dishwasher are suitable and in addition also include you. Basically, I had good experiences with it so far. That can easily discolor the plastic with appropriate feed was aware. However, only the plastic has changed inside a box. It is blind and roughened. Where or how it happened, I can not say exactly, but I use the boxes mainly for storage and rarely for heating.

I had complained about it in Emsa and was told that it is well that I have done something so warm and depending on ingredients of food so something could happen. When I say "other" foods so aufbewahre is the risk low, causing the damage. That surprises me very much. On the one hand I can only partly know all the ingredients of the food and on the other hand I do not want me to worry every time before use if the box can stand it or not.

I was expelled from Emsa back to Amazon where to claim the Box. Amazon I was previously referred to Emsa. I think that's great :-)

Let's see how the exchange will be run. For now, I will not buy new boxes more.
