Not Compatible - very rude customer service

The battery is useless. the width (width in German) of the battery is Actually c. 1mm more than the original Canon LP-E10, THEREFORE it will not fit in my EOS 1100 nor in My Wife's EOS 1200. It wants to go inside, but then it is very difficult to take it out Because it will not come out of The holster due to the excessive size.

I contacted the seller MTEC and theyhave Claimed That I have purchsed the wrong battery, Because I wrote did the original batteries were LP E10s, with "s" Indicating the plural.

Instead, they say That I should buy a LP-E10s, Which Does Not Exist ... Very Cheap Trick to avoid a rightous replacement.
