I struggled for years before getting to understand why I "fought" with water. A force to watch videos on the internet and read all the articles and books that fell swim my hand I understood! This guide would have made me save time. Everything is there! If I was coach I will pass first time with my students on the edge of the basin to explain these physical principles before putting them into the water. Given my experience, there is no use of "shout" orders (I have suffered!) From the edge of the pool if the fundamentals are not given and previously acquired with a playful practical application in the water. Only then we can talk about training. And there is only happiness of playing with the liquid element.
