Now the reason why I deducted a star: The statement that you can control the charging process via the LED, is a lie. The LED is continuously lit red when the charger depends on the network. Whether loaded or not, the LED interested give a damn.
The last two negative details not led to devaluation because the instrument in this regard "operates as described":
- The USB plug on the other end is Mini.
- The cable is permanently cast instead of a USB connector type A.
Mini-USB (type B) is out of date; USB recommendation is not to use this type. Therefore, modern devices have only microUSB. With a Mini -> Micro Adapter plugs for one-fuffzich I have solved this problem.
If the cable is not a glove and have the charger instead simply a (normal) USB socket type A, I could immediately go to micro-USB, Mini-USB and USB-Normal with different cables. And I could use a short cable to prevent cable clutter. Would this be a review of how the device covers the obvious customer needs, you would have to subtract at least another star.
Bottom line: the device is out of date, but still the only one in its field, which really brings the required power. I recommend the purchase at once the adapter plug Mini -> Micro mitzukaufen - and otherwise to look for a modern successor (but not mumbi 2100mA Micro, which is scrap).
