The headset is quite ok in itself. My problem lies elsewhere. My wireless router is somewhere else than my HD TV, which is not exactly beneficial for the link. In online games like Call of Duty, but is a good connection "survival". So I had the idea to put the PS3 in addition to the router and to play on the PC screen. Unfortunately has no speakers, so I needed a headset. So now I have the PS3 with the HDMI cable connected to the screen and the headset via USB to the PS3. The problem is: Nowhere is that the headset not only on the PS3 USB Hub works, which would be too beautiful. Despite HDMI you must also connect to the display and then again from the screen with RCA and SCART for the PS3 attached with the headset RCA plug! I thought HDMI would be a sound transmission possible! Now back to my problem: My screen has neither boxing nor ports for RCA and Scart. So can either play without sound and good connection. :-( Or with sound, optional speakers, sound system or headset, but with poor connection. :-( So Sony makes it technically the customer not just easy to connect peripherals. Must be specially buy a TV.
The headset itself does a good sound processing is properly adjusted. The only drawback are the ears but the very pressing on the ears, which can be a little uncomfortable in the long run.
