Somehow ended up "Forth" then still in my CD player; more by expectations causes disappointed than to be surprised, I pressed the play button ... and was impressed!
I do not know is why the length of the title complains; what is supposed to be so bad because if the titles are good 6-7 minutes? Because they are really terrific. In addition, most parts of The Verve were ere always a little longer.
Criticism of the "Love Is Noise" is understandable. In my opinion, the refrain sounds not necessarily like the Teletubbies, but you have to like the style. Anyway, I liked the song right away.
The album is to be understood only as a whole, because who does not have time to listen to a title that cracks the 6 minute mark, nor Elan has to listen to the whole album.
I'm doing but so that if I do not abspiele before the end of the last, the stop key press the first track without wanting skipping something.
Best describes the cover of the album, the music on the disc, although that is difficult to understand if you have not heard the album, but in hindsight fits this image music comparison but pretty good.
So: "Forth" is not an album for the masses, not for entertaining listening experience. This does not make it necessarily a bad album. Such an evaluation could not be more inaccurate it - at least I feel so, who thinks he understands the album.
