I wanted to buy a new hat which is the Military-Castro Lock. The picture shows this cap looked like but after I set it up, the form shifted so extreme that they no longer looked after cap, but for a clown hat.
Probably you have to have billowing hair, stuffed his cap from the inside and keep in shape. No Idea.
I am very unhappy.
Returning at their own expense would have been uneconomic.
