Not suitable completely

défaults:
-Envelope improper dimensional undermining the proper insertion of the battery into the RS4200 base.
-After A few hours of load, battery charge management light on the base remains red.
-When The indicator light turns green, the signal does not have the same light intensity with a Sennheiser battery.

So I have a doubt about the perfect technique of this product interchangeability with original battery provided by Sennheiser.
