Regarding the effectiveness, I would point out that the exposure times up to 60 minutes at the test by Euro standards with bacteria and viruses up to 5 minutes or when fungal spores.
So whether the brief wiping the hands actually as promised 99.999% of germs are killed I leave time to be seen.
