After my last rating of 4 stars but I would now awarded 5 stars by prolonged intake, the effectiveness in terms of regeneration is surprisingly good and actually better than just about all proteins that I have tried in recent years. I'll buy it again. A good quality Calcium is relatively expensive to manufacture according to my research, so I consider the price to be justified.
